Anniversary

Ok so are y'all ready for a laugh?????? Gene is in complete control of our anniversary plans. I know, I know! After 12 years together and 10 years of marriage I think it is time for him to plan something for me. I still have to give him a budget amount cause he doesn't handle the money but other than that it's all him. I told him no "dinner and a movie" stuff. I wanted something romantic and different. I did have stuff planned out but changed my mind and gave it all to him. So wish me luck!

Julie

So I have managed to lose 40lbs. since I started my weight loss. I stopped the prescription a while ago and have managed to stay at my current weight. I would love to lose about 15 more. It is just amazing at how much that 40lbs. was keeping me from doing. My back doesn't hurt me anymore. Now my hope is to maintain my weight loss for as long as I can. Before and after. That mickey shirt is a 2x and the white shirt is a very baggy large. I went from a 16 to a 10 in my pants. My BMI went from 36 to 28!

Hailey and Gannon

Hailey and Gannon recently went to the Frank Buck Zoo in Gainsville. They are the best of friends. For days and days they ask for each other after a day together. All Gannon said was, "I don't want to go to the zoo!", even as we walked around. He is so silly! Hopefully we will get to spend some time with them over spring break.

Mac

Softball season has come again. All grandparents out there are expected at least one game attendance! I will let all of you know when I get the game schedule. She is with the older girls this year. It ought to be an interesting season. We have already made a trip to the batting cages and she definitely needs some work on that. She still has that great arm of hers. It doesn't look like she will get her catching position this year but that's ok. She needs to work on learning other positions.

Me

So I have gotten to my goal weight. I have lost 30lbs. I could still stand to lose more. Is a woman ever satisfied with the way she looks? I'm not. That's why I set my goal for only 30. I knew I could accomplish at least that much. Now all I need is to win the lottery so I can buy the new clothes I need. I really want to be about 135lbs. I am happy enough with what I am now and if I don't lose another pound that would be ok with me. I am healthier now than I was. My BMI went from 36.1 to 30.5. I am no longer obese!!!!! I feel better too. I have slowly been weaning my self from my prescription. I don't take it every meal anymore. I don't want to be on it any longer than necessary. My test was Thanksgiving. And I passed.

Nene

So Nici came home for a visit yesterday. She will be here for a week, Wed to Wed. We have a wedding on Sunday and then she will stay for my birthday and then go home. She must have brought the cold front with her from Portland. Brrrrrrrrr it's cold outside. We have so much on the agenda while she is here. We will be going to Six Flags with the girls and Kelly's family. We will be going to Build a Bear and to see the movie Bolt. I heard it was funny. Poor Hailey. She saw Nene last night. Then Nici left to go put her stuff at her Gigi's house and Hailey didn't want her to go. When she returned, Hailey made her take off her shoes and jacket and hat so she wouldn't leave again. She made her sit and play with her on the floor and didn't take her eyes off her. Mac of course wanted to stay home from school and spend the night in Fort Worth. I told her no cause its her mom's time to spend with her. We get her all weekend. Nici even looks different. I didn't even know it was her getting out of the van last night. She looks like a Portland person. The hat she was wearing really threw me.

Gene

So Gene and Frank are off on their hunting trip. Gene called this morning and said it was snowing. I wish it was snowing here. It is definately cold enough today for that. I hope he enjoys himself cause he deserves a little fun time. It is so rare for him. I love you hunny!!
